THE PAKISTANIS
In the beginning of 2002 a lot of Pakistanis were applying for citizenship. Many were doing that, around 4 000, and they had the hope of finding jobs and housing in Ladonia. This was a piece of news that went around the world and gave enormous attention to Ladonia. New citizens came to Ladonia from all over the world (but this time mostly not asking for jobs and housing). This meant an rapid increase in the number of citizens, rising from 5 000 to 9 000 in half a year. Also the number of ministers increased as well as the activities in the country.

COLOSSEUM - A LADONIAN COLONY
Minister Carlos Andrés planted the Ladonian flag in Colosseum and proclaimed it a Ladonian colony in 2002.
