Here is a game you can play in team formation or alone if you feel the need. Ladonian Hula. Most of us know of the Hula Hoop as a waist device. But I discovered many games you can be play with them. It makes for good soccer skills. With two Hula's you can play Matador Games with hoops though hoops with Matador like moves.
All you need is a large hula. Most are cheap in price. Be careful you have a light weight bounce. Otherwise they can be as duds.
Now with a good Hula, create a counter clockwise spin by hand doing a reverse bowling ball action with arm and release down and slight ahead this causes useable motion, other way work too.
In Ladonian Hula you can kick it and bounce it off roofs or objects and like a boomerang in many cases if done proper it will return to the KICKER. A serve is simple you place the hula at a 90 degree angle and kick it with your right or left foot. Reverse kicks and dances are possible too. Younger children and even less fit folks can make them do amazing tricks. In teams of 4 members each side, the object is too grab the hula before it returns to the Serve KICKER. A line is drawn and penalty if either side crosses that team member is removed from your team. Until there is one left standing. It can take hours!!!
