The Party is almost over! Between the 28th - 31st of October Ladonia is celebrating the Hartmanburg Days in Hartmanburg, the part of Ladonia goverened by Prince James.
The beverage is of course:

As the first country in the world Ladonia has launched its first green cometh (King Ladon’s Comet). It has already been observed in the Northern Crown and has moved into Hercules. It is not really a weapon rather a sign to worship and respect. The engineer behind this technical miracle is our minister of future science, James Hartman.

Who is going to live at the outpost of the world, the new part of Ladonia, Ultima Thule?
They are already there:
My ministry proposes that Ultima Thule will be proclaimed as the official colony for polar teddy bears and teddy seals.

Here they come:

What is new in Ladonia? Ultima Thule is the very news. We have taken it, the island which is the outpost in the north, is Ladonian.

Ville Niemioja has been appointed minister of nothing and balloons.
He is either born inJune 1975 or - according to Soviet records - he was born by accident in a toilet in Kreml on February 14th, 1941.
The official biography also holds that his birth was foretold by a chicken, and that my birth also was heralded by the appearance of a triple rainbow and a new birght star in the heavens.

The State Secretary of Ladonia has had the honour of receiving a copy of Ladonian Magnitudes. Poems by the Canadian author Bryan Sentes. I have read it. At least once. It can be read many times as the poems are exploring the no man’s land between social reality and reality imagination. The author tells us a lot about food, in Germany and in Hungary, he pays frequent visits to the classical antiquity and even a trip to Magonia among the clouds. A rich collection in the tradition of T S Eliot and James Joyce.
Mr Sentes has also found that Ladon is the name not only of one river in Greek, but two, and that a commune in the Loiret also is named Ladon.

James Hartman, minister of future science, has made the impossible. To make Nimis fly. And indeed it has become a precious object.

Ladonia has a strong connection to art. For example it is clear that Wotan’s torn is more art than tower, even if it works well as a tower. The building of Wotan’s torn was made possible by the great master of the 20th century.
James Hartman, minister of future science has connected Wotan with the two basic tradition in the 20th century, Picasso and Duchamp. Picasso is still the no. 1 in the general artworld, while Duchamp is no. 1 in the artworld of international contemporary art. Here is his impressive work:

I’m dreaming of a white Wotan… This wellknown Ladonian song has at last come true. We have the honour of presenting:
