A President Candidate

Filed under: Election 2007 — Lars Vilks @ 3:02 pm

Sir Phil, member of the Ladonia Cabinet since many years, is running for president in Ladonia in this year’s election. He has made this statement:

I hereby announce my candidacy for President. This is Sir Phil
informing you, my esteemed colleagues.

My platform is as follows:

* Diplomatic pressure upon the USA to provide universal healthcare
for their citizens and to join the rest of the civilized world.

* Promotion of Minister Norbert’s solution to the Iraq crisis.

* Diplomatic recognition of Ladonia by other nations.

* Preservation of the sculptures in Ladonia and preservation of the
pristine environment there.

* Promotion of all Ladonian art, culture, laws, and national security.

* The promotion of Ladonia as a neutral nation wherein those nations
with differences may resolve those differences.

* Passports that are up to date and comparable with those of other
nations for those citizens who apply and are approved.

* The preservation and promotion of Ladonian currency and keeping it
solvent.

* Equal rights for all.

* A strong and dynamic Ladonian defense.

Record:

Author of the Green Law.

Author of the Ladonian Green Diplomatic Immunity Act.

Promoter of the Eternal Stone Circle.

CIL Deputy Director.

Promoter of the end of the war with the USA (But we still have issues
that we handle diplomatically).

I have started a party: The Ladonian Party Party.

Vote for me and we will make sense of nonsense and nonsense of sense
in order to promote sense and nonsense.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAlllllllllllllllll

Sir Phil

Norbert’s green bottle

Filed under: The Ministers — Lars Vilks @ 2:13 pm

A few days ago we presented Minister Norbert and his fight with his green ale bottle. But we did not get the whole story. Here it is: Norbert and his green bottle:

“Thank you for the condolence on my plight to open the green bottle. I did get it open after I communicated with Ladonia’s Ministers… BUT, I was right! You should not open a green bottle of beer once you shook it violently. It returns the favor! VIOLENTLY (and a wee bit explosively) if you use a hammer and nail to first puncture, then leverage the cap off. It was no problem with the puncture, but it also leveraged before I was ready. It seized the inititive, and with an explosion of similar magnitude of Krakatoa East of Java (exagerated a bit), did expell its contents upon me and everything within a 10 foot range…including the ceiling. And I ask the question…WHY!

My Sister-in-law simply stated “Bahnhof” and moved her hand in a fast motion over her head… and again I ask …WHY!

Norbert”

New political party

Filed under: Election 2007 — Lars Vilks @ 2:58 pm

The political life in Ladonia is developing after a long time of cabinet ruling.

Robert Boyd is the leader and founder of All Night Party. Together with Minister of Art and Jump’s Arty Party we now have two political parties. There have been many in the history of Ladonia, but that last years all of them seem to have faded away.

How will milk in your coffee be served according to All Night Party? Directly from the breast! The information film from All Night Party shows the details.

Election in Ladonia

Filed under: Breaking News — Lars Vilks @ 9:52 pm

ladonsk hälsning TEXTjlitenpg.JPG

Election is coming up in Ladonia. President and Vice President will be elected for a period of 3 years. Everyone is welcome as candidate. All you have to do is to send an e-mail to this adress: lars.vilks@swipnet.se (the link to the address doesn’t work by some reason or other. But use the address). A program is of course welcome as well as pictures.

The exact date for the election is not decided yet but it will be around the 1st of March.

It is also possible to start a political party. You can use the same address for this purpose.

Our Minister of Art & Jump, Fredrik Axwik, will start a new party called Arty Party. This party has, so far we know, no program. However, reliable sources say that the slogan for Arty Party is Jump, jump, jump it! The same sources tell us that Arty Party probably is a right wing party as it is known that the minister is supporting capitalism against the unions.

General Strike in Ladonia

Filed under: Breaking News — Lars Vilks @ 1:03 am

On Wednesday there was a general strike in Ladonia. Everything was closed and no work was done. The strike hit so badly that everyone left the country. It is a protest against the weather which now is very rough and has brought unwanted snow to the country. The strike will go on also on Thursday. Ladonians living outside Ladonia has no reason to strike and are not striking. They are working hard, for instance Minister Norbert, living in the USA, has sent this report from his work in the Ladonia Cabinet:

“DUDE! (and Dudettes…and Dolittles who do alot of something I am not sure of…but at least they DO do it to the best of their abilities…[I am in a fight with a Heineken that says it’s light but it is actually heavy and I thought it was a twist off…but its not..and I cant find the opener… and I got upset and shook it up… and I am afraid to open it… and it is the last bottle!@!@@@#@!!] THEREFORE.. I cannot think straight because this GREEN BOTTLE refuses to admit me to its flow of WISDOM producing NECTURE!

However!!!!!!!

SHe has my vote…

But,

I reserve the right to ask her the question: WHY? I haven’t got an answer yet from anyone!!! NOT EVEN MY MOTHER…who told me not to drink beer from a bottle..but a [can] because you don’t need an opener… and I asked her the question WHY! All she did is GIGGLE!

Will someone fill me in!

MPUTS”

“MPUTS” is short for Eternal Minister of Parallel Universe Tribal Service

More Winter

Filed under: General information — Lars Vilks @ 5:24 pm

It is not easy to reach Ladonia right now. It is covered with snow and all the roads and paths are difficult to use. But if you really want it can be done.

The Pyramid in Ladonia

Filed under: culture — Lars Vilks @ 8:09 pm

It is a very slow project to move the pyramids from Egypt to Ladonia. We cannot say for sure when all of them will be in place. In the meantime our visitors can enjoy the smaller pyramid. It is also from Egypt and placed in the stone & concrete book Arx.
