Go Walter, Go!

Walter Ehresman, living in Texas, minister of dubious anthems and chili, has released a new album. You can listen and buy here.

The minister has composed several anthems for Ladonia as well as special music for individual ministers. He has also made the music for the exhibition about Omfalos at the Moderna Museet, Stockholm in 2004.

More information about minister Walter can be found at the homepage of Ministry of Art & Jump. The page is mainly in Swedish but you will find the 27th of April in English.

Meeting in Madrid

On the 20th of April the Vice President Dani and Minister Ximena met state secretary Lars Vilks. The meeting took place in La Casa Encendida in Madrid where state secretary was lecturing.

Count and countess in Ladonia

Yesterday, Friday the 13th, Count Patrik Nilsson and Countess Camilla Karlsson became engaged in Ladonia.

Before asking his countess if she would accept becoming engaged, the count went down on his kness reciting a poem. After this romantic gesture the countess said yes to the count. The state secretary was one of the witnesses to the act. It was celebrated with champagne.

Embassy on the Virgin Islands

Tomas Lanner is new Ambassador on the former Danish, now US, Virgin Islands, Kingshill, St Croix. The ambassador has made an interesting comment concerning Nimis and Paul Klee. Read the text here.

Ladonia from the air

Ladonia with its western border towards Sweden can be seen in this picture. Nimis, the structure of wood, is very close to the border, Arx can also be seen.

Neurobash Ladonia National Band

The group Neurobash is the Ladonia National Band. They performed in Ladonia last year which has resultated in a music video Live in Ladonia.

The film was showed in Helsingborg at Dunkers Bar & Matsalar on the 5th of April. The state secretary introduced the different parts of the film. The Minister of Art & Jump was also present. Stills from the event here.
